BARRELS


The bimetallic barrel is a layer of 2-3mm abrasion-resistant, corrosion-resistant and high-temperature resistant alloy on the inner wall of the barrel. Its effective life time is greatly improved compared with ordinary nitriding barrels. For processing engineering plastics, fluoroplastics, polysulfones, PPO and other special types of plastics and powder metallurgy injection, the superiority of bimetallic barrels is particularly undisputed.

In 2009, we successfully developed the vacuum sintered nickel-based alloy barrel (SBK5 series). A number of technologies fill the domestic gap, and the life time is more than 4 times higher than the one of the iron-based alloy barrels. It is the most abrasion-resistant and corrosion-resistant barrel in China.

SBK3

SBK3 series is an iron-based alloy barrel with high temperature centrifugal casting process.

The base material is made of 4140 alloy structural steel and the alloy powder is selected from the United States Kennametal Stellite (Shanghai) Co., Ltd.

Hardness: 62-68HRC.

Production range: inner diameter Ø14- Ø350.

Characteristics: superior abrasion resistance, moderate corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance below 400 ° C.

Application conditions: 35% GF; tungsten carbide, nickel, cobalt and other abrasion-resistant components can be added according to customer requirements.

SBK5

SBK5 series is a nickel-based alloy barrel with vacuum sintering cladding process.

The base material is made of 4140 alloy structural steel and the alloy powder is selected from the United States Wall Colmonoy Corporation nickel base alloy.

Hardness: 56-60HRC.

Production range: inner diameter Ø14- Ø130

Characteristics: superior abrasion and corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance.

Applications: suitable for halogen-free plastics, high-fiber, carbon fiber, mineral fiber, ceramics, magnetic powder, metal powder and many more.

SBK7


SBK7 series is a special high pressure resistant alloy barrel with HIP process.

Hardness: 55-65HRC.

Production range: inner diameter Ø14- Ø80.

Characteristics: superior abrasion and corrosion resistance, high pressure impact resistance, excellent polishability.

Applications: suitable for PC pure white, PC transparent, optical products, food machinery, narrow frame and other high-pressure materials.

Advantages: high output, low energy consumption (compared to the domestic standard "cone counter-rotating twin-screw extruder" and "parallel co-rotating twin-screw extruder", the output is about two times higher and the power (power consumption) is reduced by 30-50%)
